History of our company goes back to 1995, when a distillery for fruit-growing people was established. Since then, we have gained rich experience in the production of fruit spirits and fruit processing. In 2008, we decided to make the most of our knowledge and founded company Fine Destillery Slovakia to produce, distribute and sell top fruit distillates and liqueurs of exceptional quality and taste.

The unique material of the labels in combination with the gold embossing and the 3D effect of the letters ensure the elegance of the bottles. In addition, the individual types are distinguished from each other by color to match the given type of distillate.
The distillate itself is also exclusive. We only use selected fruits with enough malt to make our spirits. That's why our distillates are delicious and have a charming natural aroma.
We are constantly trying to improve our experience, which is evidenced by the fact that special batch technology with a superstructure of a column on the second stage of distillation is created by us. This allows us to best control the output quality of the fruit distillate.
We use only select ripe fruit with the highest possible malt for our spirits. The fruit is then processed into a fermentum, which is thoroughly controlled. Before distillation, the fermentum containing fruit stones are destoned and after that the distillation begins.
Each of our distillates is stored in a stainless-steel tank after distillation. Fresh spirits needs time to fruitily and soften their taste. Aging of distillates takes usually about 2-4 years until they are ready for bottling.
